Are you an athlete training for an event but you need dietary support, accountability and guidance to help you maintain a well-balanced, nourishing diet to keep your body in good health and to support your training?
With this service, Marni will provide personalized feedback and support as you learn how to nourish your body in a way that will help optimize fitness, health and recovery. This service is focused on daily nutrition to help your body stay in good health while optimizing performance.
This service provides nutrition support over an 4-week time frame. Consultation sessions occur every 10-14 days.
If you are interested in receiving specific sport nutrition and nutrient timingthe Performance Fueling package is the service that will best meet your needs.
Is this service right for me?
This service package is for the athlete seeking personalized nutrition advice and support in the following areas:
Daily nutrition/meal planning
Macronutrient needs - carbohydrate, protein and fat
Meeting energy needs to support training
Optimizing health (mental and physical)
Adjusting nutrition on lighter/easy days
Addressing how nutrition affects sleep, recovery, blood sugar, food cravings, appetite
This service does not include sport nutrition guidance or nutrient timing guidelines. The Performance Fueling package is the service that will best meet your needs.
How does this service work?
You will received a detailed nutrition questionnaire via email to complete within 24 hours of your purchase. scheduled consultation.
Once you complete the questionnaire, reach out to Marni via email to schedule your initial consultation.
If you have lab work for Marni to review, (if applicable, lab work must be within the past 6-months), please send before scheduling your initial consultation.
This service includes:
1 x 45-minute initial consultation via phone, Skype, Google meets, Zoom, or Facetime (athlete preference) to discuss complete questionnaire and conversation on strategies for change. A feedback email or handout will be provided via e-mail within 24 hours after initial consult.1x30-minute follow-up session, every 10-14 days for 4-weeks. A total of 3 follow up sessions. Additional feedback provided via email within 24 hours after follow-up consultation.
Email communication as needed (and initiated by athlete) with questions, concerns, and/or feedback between sessions.

Are you worried that that 4 sessions may not be enough time to allow for change and that you may need ongoing support? Follow-up sessions may be purchased with your Performance Nutrition service to provide additional nutrition coaching, accountability and education. These follow-up sessions can be utilized anytime over the next 6 months.
