We emphasize a real food diet and our coaching philosophy is simple: Train hard, recover harder. No junk miles but instead, respect for your amazing body. Every time you move your body you do so with a purpose. Our services are designed with your goals in mind so that you can live an active and healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Follow Up Sessions

There’s always more room to grow, improve and to develop.

Although your consultation service may be complete, that doesn’t mean that we need to stop working together. By following up with me, we can work together to determine what is going well, what needs improvement, how to best adjust (or pivot) and determine what extra steps are needed to help you excel in sport without compromising mental and physical health.

What are the top reasons to book a follow-up session?

  • Review the changes that have worked, new strengths that have been discovered and positive behavior changes that occurred during our time together.

  • Figure out new strategies to help with behavior changes, planning and improvements in nutrition decision-making.

  • Address areas/topics that were not covered in the initial consultation service.

  • Work on body image concerns, relationship with food and thought processes related to food, body and exercise (often an ongoing, long-term process).

  • Dial in sport nutrition/fueling/nutrient timing for an upcoming race.

  • Accountability, encouragement or “wake-up” call.

  • Create a new routine, strategy or method to enhance performance or to improve health.

If we have worked together in the past 6-months, you can book as many follow-up sessions as you need - anytime.
