A personalized training camp is the perfect option for the athlete who needs specific attention and desires an individually tailored camp experience.

Whether you are preparing for your first triathlon event, looking to improve your cycling skills or need two experienced athletes to train alongside you on our beautiful, yet challenging terrain, a personalized camp is a truly immersive training experience.

One-on-one training is an efficient, valuable and informative solution for the athlete who has specific limiters which are preventing consistency in training or keeping you from getting to the next level with your fitness. 

We will address your specific needs prior to camp in order to create the perfect training experience.

We welcome athletes of all levels and the camp structure is based on your needs. You can even bring along a friend!

75-minute session - $150 (Swim, Bike or Run).

  • Up to 3 days of one-on-one coaching/training.

  • Up to 6 hours of training/skills/terrain management/education per day (4 hours max per session).

  • Nutrition assistance as needed.

  • 3-day camp ONLY- complimentary RETUL bike fit ($275 value).

  • 3-day camp ONLY - Trimarni swag (hat/visor, water bottle, swim cap).

  • 3-day camp ONLY: Complimentary dinner with Marni and Karel - a great opportunity to sit down and talk about your camp experience and ask questions.

  • Phone/Skype/Email to discuss/plan your personal needs for camp.

  • Follow-up emails regarding tentative itinerary and other camp details.

  • Summary of areas of improvement after camp conclusion.

  • Follow-up 30-minute call with you (or your coach) within 2 weeks after camp (if applicable).

  • Reserved pool lane and planned cycling and run routes. Open water swim available from May until October.
