The Performance Fueling service is my most comprehensive nutrition service for the athlete seeking specific, individualized daily nutrition guidance, including understanding your macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein and fat) needs, with an emphasis on sport nutrition (fueling and hydration) and nutrient timing.
This service provides ongoing support over a 8-week time frame. After the initial consult, sessions will occur every 7-10 days. Additional follow ups can be purchased at checkout.

This service package is for the athlete seeking personalized feedback and support in the following areas::
Meeting energy and nutrition needs with proper meal and snack planning
Understanding of macronutrient needs - carbohydrate, fat and protein
Understanding of energy needs dependent on energy expenditure (ex. easy days, taper, high volume days, etc.)

How does this service work?
You will receive a detailed nutrition questionnaire via email within 24 hours of purchase.
Once you complete the questionnaire, please email Marni to set up your initial consultation. At this time you may also submit any additional paperwork (ex. labs, testing, etc.). If sending lab work, please make sure the test was performed within the past 6-months.
This service includes:
1 x 45-minute initial consultation via phone, Skype, Zoom, Google Meets, or Facetime (athlete preference) to discuss completed forms and conversation on strategies for change. A nutrition handout will be provided via e-mail within 24 hours after initial consultation.1 x 30 min follow-up session every 7-10 days. A total of 7 sessions after the initial session. Additional nutrition feedback provided via email within 24 hours after first follow-up session.
Unlimited email communication between initial consultation and follow-up sessions.

-Are you worried that 8 sessions may not be enough time to allow for change and that you may need ongoing support? Follow-up sessions may be purchased with your Performance Fueling service to provide additional nutrition coaching, accountability and education. These follow-up sessions can be utilized anytime over the next 6 months.
