After spending much of my adult life learning about the physiology of the body during exercise, as well as working as a clinical dietitian and coach, I have had great success in helping individuals of all ages and fitness abilities learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food. More so, with new "food" freedom and trust in the daily diet, I have helped athletes (and fitness enthusiasts) learn to eat in a way that maximizes performance as well as reduces risk for injury/illness. With a basic understanding of your individual needs, you will quickly find yourself recovering faster after workouts, encouraging gains in lean muscle mass and eliminating "sports nutrition" fears when it comes to eating before, during and after workouts and racing.

This service is a personalized nutrition consultation for the athlete who is training for an upcoming event (ex. triathlon, running, swimming, cycling) and wants to learn how to master fueling for every type of workout, as well as how to eat before and after workouts. Although sport nutrition is heavily emphasized, the daily diet will not be overlooked as what you eat when you are not training plays a role in how your body performs during exercise.
I realize that online nutrition and coaching services are not for everyone. Sometimes it is more valuable (and effective) to communicate with an expert in order to help you feel more confident with your nutrition and training choices and habits. A face-to-face or phone, Skype or Facetime session can be a great use of our time together as an immediate way to answer any questions/concerns that are keeping you from reaching your personal health, fitness and nutrition goals.
If we are meeting face-to- face, my goal is to provide you with the very best services I can offer you when it comes to helping you with your personal health, fitness, body composition and performance goals. Although we only have 1-hour together, I want to make sure that you walk away from our session together feeling more confident with your sport nutrition fueling regime in training and/or on race day. To make sure our time together is effective, after purchasing your session online, I will send you paperwork to complete so that I can get to know you better as an individual and athlete. Then we will set-up a time and place to meet within two-weeks of purchasing your session.
If we are chatting via phone, Skype or Facetime, you will receive the same attention as meeting face-to-face with the same paperwork completed prior to our chat.
